Geopure® 1110 is a specialized liquid treatment formulated from a blend of complex phosphates and polymers, designed to control scale formation and sludge buildup in boilers using softened water as makeup. This advanced product is ideal for industrial and commercial boiler systems, effectively managing hardness ions and dispersing suspended solids to ensure clean and efficient operation. Geopure® 1110 protects boiler surfaces from deposits and corrosion, reducing maintenance requirements, increasing energy efficiency, and extending equipment life. Geopure 1110 reacts fast and rapidly reaction with dissolved oxygen ensuring efficient protection of feedlines and boilers from corrosion. Geopure 1110 should be dosed at the rate of 15 – 20 ml/m3 on feed water. A reserve of approximately 50 ppm of sulphite should be maintained in the boiler water. Geopure 1110 must be dosed continuously to the feed tank by electronic dozing system.
