Multi-Functional Boiler Water
Treatment for Medium & High
Pressure Systems
Geopure® 1255 is a specialized multi-functional treatment formulated to control scale, sludge, and corrosion while maintaining optimal pH in boiler water, making it ideal for medium and high-pressure boilers. Designed for use with high-purity feed waters such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Demineralized (DM), and condensate water, Geopure® 1255 provides comprehensive protection for demanding boiler systems. Its advanced formulation ensures system integrity, extends equipment lifespan, and maximizes efficiency by preventing common boiler issues, particularly in systems under higher pressure and temperature conditions.

Physical Properties:
- Scale Prevention: Effectively inhibits scale formation on high-pressure boiler surfaces, ensuring efficient heat transfer and reducing energy loss.
- Sludge Conditioning: Contains polymeric sludge conditioners that keep particulate matter suspended, preventing deposits on boiler surfaces and promoting cleaner operation.
- Corrosion Protection: Provides robust corrosion control, safeguarding metal surfaces in high-purity and high-pressure environments, which helps to reduce maintenance costs and downtime.
- pH Control: Maintains optimal pH levels in boiler water, essential for preventing corrosion and ensuring the effectiveness of water treatment.
- Suited for High-Purity Feed waters: Formulated specifically for systems using RO, DM, and condensate water, ensuring compatibility and optimized performance in low-conductivity environments.
- Initial Dosage: Begin with a dosage of 15 to 25 ppm (parts per million) in the feed water system to establish initial protection, depending on system conditions and water quality.
- Ongoing Treatment: For regular treatment, maintain a dosage of 5 to 10 ppm to sustain effective control over scale, sludge, and corrosion while maintaining pH balance.
- Adjustments for Varying Conditions: Regularly monitor parameters such as pH, TDS, and conductivity in boiler water. Adjust dosage as necessary based on feed water quality, system pressure, and any fluctuations in operating conditions.
- Severe Scaling or Corrosion Conditions: Under harsher conditions, a temporary increase to 250 to 300 ppm may be warranted to address heightened scaling or corrosion risks effectively.
